Job Summary
Role Description
This is a remote role for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will coordinate travel arrangements, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, researching travel options, booking travel services, and resolving any issues that may arise during travel. While the agency has a membership to obtain leads, the best clients are those that the Travel Advisor cultivates on their own. As this is a business with success found in building lifelong clients, advisors will be encouraged and trained on how to develop their own pipelines for growth.
Requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in relevant software applications
Responsibilities
– Run your own travel business while our agency serves as your host and support
– Act as a representative of Gone Again Travels in a professional manner
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients
– Assist clients with travel planning and booking
– Promote and sell travel
– Maintain detailed records of transactions and interactions with clients
